Reporting missing or stolen vehicle

Host/Guest are required to raise a report through the app and contact TREVO within 2 hours of the incident via live chat and our Operations Team will reach out to provide further assistance depending on the situation.

TREVO will provide reasonable assistance to retrieve the car listed on the platform.

For the Host/Guest:

  1. The Host/Guest shall lodge a police report of the loss, damage, or theft of the Vehicle following our Operation Team’s instructions

  2. Where applicable, the Host/Guest shall obtain the names, identity cards or passport numbers and addresses of all parties involved, including any witnesses

  3. The Host/Guest shall not enter into any settlement relating to the loss, damage and/or theft of the Vehicle without prior approval from TREVO

Important

All cars listed on TREVO are required to be equipped with a GPS tracker from 1 October 2022. Hosts can supply their own or opt for our TREVO Track device on the app.
