TREVO Shield insurance coverage is only applicable to bookings made within the TREVO platform. In the event of damages or accidents that occur during off-platform bookings, you will be solely responsible for any costs and risks incurred.

Insurance claims for off-platform bookings will not be approved as TREVO Shield's coverage is exclusive to bookings made within TREVO.

Damage of reputation

Negative reviews and other consequences could harm your reputation on the TREVO platform if the outside agreement goes awry.

16.6 Exclusion of Liability for Bookings and Trips made outside the Platform
TREVO and its Affiliates assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any Bookings or Trips which are made between Guests and Users outside of the Platform or where such Bookings or Trips are made on the Platform but subsequently extended outside of the Platform.

If you decide to opt for an off-platform transaction instead of using TREVO’s payment system, there may be a high risk of potential payment disputes or fraudulent activity.

There is a chance that unverified renters will give fake information or payments, which could result in losses for you.
